What happens to my information if I don't renew my membership?
If you do not renew your membership, your FractalUp account will retain your information so you can recover it when you decide to return. Please consider the following:
Staff and Premium users will be automatically changed to the External User role, which limits their access to certain platform features.
User accounts and profiles are not deleted automatically, allowing users to log back into FractalUp in the future.
All your information will remain as you left it; however, we strongly recommend downloading any important content before your membership ends to avoid inconveniences.
Eventually, and at FractalUp's discretion, your account may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity.
If you have questions or need assistance managing your information, our support team is available to help you.
